WNUA 95.5 was a smooth jazz radio station in Chicago, Illinois between 1987 and 2009. In 1999, the on-air personalities and legends were Ramsey Lewis with Karen Williams, Rick O'Dell, Loni Taylor, Danae Alexander, and Bill Cochran.  Today, WNUA has become an eclectic buffet of Black Classical Music, as Rahsaan Roland Kirk had eloquently illustrated.  WNUA now encompasses the elements and sounds of Afro-Cuban Jazz,  Bossa Nova, Nu-Jazz, Jazz-Funk, Symphonic Jazz, and much more!
